Note to Mac OS X Users:
Be sure to drag the program icon out of the mounted disk image folder, say into your Applications folder, before running it!

After you download your copy, your browser should automatically expand it, resulting in a folder. At this point, you can get rid of the downloaded file (if your browser didn't already do this). Inside the new folder will be a pdf documentation file. Double click on this file to view the instructions for using Diet Sleuth (you need Adobe Acrobat to view this file). This folder also contains the Diet Sleuth application, which you run by double clicking.
