Lost Registration Code

You can use this form to find your lost registration code for any of our products. Just enter your email address, and your registration code will be sent to you. Note that it will only work if you still receive email at that address. If you have changed your email address since you purchased the software, you will need to contact us for assistance in obtaining your reg code. Contact us at

After you receive the email with your code, please remember that you need to enter both your code and your name exactly as shown in your registration email, and that your code will work with the version of the program you purchased, as well as all versions released over the next year. It will not work with versions released more than one year after your purchase date.

For logistical reasons, we do not keep old versions of our programs available for download, it is your responsibility to keep backup copies of your software.

If you wish to use the latest version of a program that has been released more than a year after your purchase date, you can renew for another year's worth of updates and new releases for a discounted price, please visit http://www.blackcatsystems.com/update.html for discounted pricing. You must purchase from this page to get the discounted pricing, if you purchase from the normal purchase page you will not get the discount, nor will we be able to credit you for the difference in price.
