Pass Band Shift Tests

The purpose of this adjustment is to move the center frequency of the digital IF filter. This can help move interfering signals out of the filter passband.

These tests were only run in USB mode, the results are not easy to see in AM mode unless a signal is present.

For reference, first here is the 2.70 kHz bandwidth test:

Now the PBS tests, all with a bandwidth of 2.70 kHz:

As expected, the passband is shifted by the requested amount.
