Please be sure to read the following brief instructions before placing your order, to avoid errors that may delay your shipment!

This page is for placing your order via PayPal. If you do not wish to use PayPal, you may instead print and fill out this Order Form and enclose your payment in the form of a money order, or a check drawn on a US bank in US funds.

You place your order by clicking on the Add To Cart button next to each item of interest. A second window will then popup, showing the contents of your shopping cart. You can modify the number of each item to order, or remove an item from the cart in this window. If you want to order additional items, close this new window, and click on the Add To Cart button for each additional item you wish to order.

Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, you then click on the Secure Checkout button from the shopping cart window.

You can view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the View Cart button at the bottom of this window.

When you complete your order at the PayPal site, please enter your telephone number into the message to seller field, as your telephone number is required for the shipping documents.
