Midi device

Hello,

I want use different interface for audio and midi... is it possible?
I want use a nano pad from korg for midi and my motu ultralight for audio...
If i plug my nano pad... the soft use this for the audio.. and it's no a audio device....

Hi

I think you can try it with "Midi Patchbay". This is a Software in which you can create midi patches. Your Sound Byte has a Virtual Midi Input which appears in Midi Patchbay.

That is similar to what I do now. I use a MOTU traveler for the audio output of my computer and a Behringer midi controller for midi triggers.

I have found the Korg Kontol works fine with Soundbyte.I want to use a vertual input to Soundbyte but do not see how to change the midi input. Could there not be a preference switch for this? Other wise my soundbyte just seems to pick a device.
