audio tool box recording

Hello,

I have been experimenting with audio brain entrainment with binaural beats. This program is very useful and creates the tones and noise needed. I tried to record a tone to use with garageband and am not certain if I did or where the file went. Please review the procedure for recording and naming the file and where it would go.

The file most likely is in your documents folder, or in the folder the application is in. You can always do a search for files created today to locate it.
