Before starting the radon midigation system after installation today here were my readings:

Upstairs: 3.5 pCi/liter
Downstairs: 12.3 pCi/liter

I am just trying out SoundByte for the first time. When I try to drag and drop multiple files from Windows Explorer to the space at the top, I get the round NO symbol. Is there another way to bulk add files? Am I doing something wrong?

So the first step is that you need to get the song onto your computer from iTunes. I can't help with that.

1) The ability to alphabetize or rearrange the rack list. Right now the list is in order of creation: I have almost fifty racks at this point and it's become difficult to find a list quickly.

2) Cut & Paste carts. I'd like to rearrange my rack without having to locate the original file.
