Burning CDs with recordings made with Audiocorder

Burning audio CDs with recordings made with Audiocorder is fairly easy. Here are the steps, using either iTunes(R), or Toast(R)

iTunes

We used iTunes 4 for this description. Different versions of iTunes may require a slightly different procedure, be sure to check the documentation that came with your copy of iTunes.

Be sure to make your recordings in stereo, 44.1 kHz, 16 bit quality. iTunes will usually be able to convert from other settings, but the quality will not be as good. Be sure to save the recordings in AIFF format.

  • Start up iTunes.
  • Create a new playlist.
  • Drag the recordings into the playlist.
  • Select Burn Playlist to CD from the File Menu.
  • Click the Burn CD button.
That's it!

Toast

We used Toast Titanium 5.1.2 for this description. Different versions of Toast may require a slightly different procedure, be sure to check the documentation that came with your copy of Toast.

Be sure to make your recordings in stereo, 44.1 kHz, 16 bit quality. iTunes will usually be able to convert from other settings, but the quality will not be as good. Be sure to save the recordings in AIFF format.

  • Start up Toast.
  • Select the Audio type of CD.
  • Drag the recordings into the toast window.
  • Click the Record button.
That's it!
