Function Generator Pad - Audio function and sweep generator app for the iPad
Function Generator
You can have up to 13 generators, each operating at a different frequency. Each generator can be one of the following types:- Sine Wave
- Triangle Wave
- Sawtooth Wave
- Square Wave
- White Noise
- Pink Noise
- OFF
Enter in the frequency for each generator, and select the generator type. The blank generator type turns off that generator, if you don't wish to use it.
The left and right volumes may be independently set using sliders.
You can also set the relative phase of each generator
Sweep Generator
The Enabled switch turns the sweep generator on and off.Use the Left and Right sliders to adjust the volume.
The Start and End values set the starting and ending frequencies for the sweep. The Start value may be larger than the End value to sweep backwards.
Set the sweep rate in Hz/sec, larger values produce faster sweeps.
When Reverse is enabled, the generator will sweep back and forth between the Start and End frequencies.
When Logarithmic is enabled, the generator will sweep at a log rather than linear rate.
The One Shot button may be used to produce a single sweep.
